Accountants Resource Centre Refund Policy
Since OmniPro is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is delivered. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing The Accountants Resource Centre.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.
Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
- issues logging into The Accountants Resource Centre: Should it happen that you can not gain access to the material;
- download issues: it may happen that you have problems downloading the product;
- irreparable defects or grave difficulties with product editing: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. These reason should be submitted to our Support Team's approval;

Requests for a refund are accepted at billing@omnipro.ie within the period of 1 week after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with a detailed description of the reasons why you are applying for a refund. Please, make sure your request does not contradict The Accountants Resource Centre - Terms and Conditions.
The refund is issued to you after we receive a Waiver of Copyright signed by you. A copy of the document is sent to you at once after review of your refund request. Please, acknowledge that by mutual consent Exchange can be done to avoid a Refund.
OmniPro Education & Training Public Seminar Cancellation & Refund Policy
- To qualify for a full refund, cancellation must be received in writing 14 days prior to the event.
- A 50% refund applies to cancellations received up to 5 days prior to the event and no refund thereafter.
- Substitutions are acceptable at any time. The substitute will receive all course material, on behalf of the original delegate.
- Structured CPE credit applies to the substitute only.
