Seminar Refunds and Cancellations

To qualify for a full refund, cancellation must be received in writing 14 days prior to the event.

A 50% refund applies to cancellations received up to 5 days prior to the event and no refund thereafter.

Substitutions are acceptable at any time. The substitute will receive all course material, on behalf of the original delegate.

Structured CPE credit applies to the substitute only.

Seminar : Failure to Participate

Where a delegate has booked and paid for an event in full and cannot attend on the day, giving no notice to OmniPro, this is regarded as a no-show.

While all course material will be posted to the intended delegate shortly after the event, structured CPE cannot be awarded.

We reserve the right to alter the published programme, speaker or venue or to cancel an event at our discretion.

Website Usage and Access

We will endeavour to allow uninterrupted access to the Website, but access to the Website may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.

We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on the Website from time to time.

We assume no responsibility for the contents of any other websites to which the Website has links.

Use of our website constitutes consent to terms and conditions.

Membership Account

You acknowledge and agree that you are to keep confidential the Membership Name and Membership Account provided by OmniPro to you, and the Membership Password selected by you and approved by OmniPro for use with such Membership Name and Membership Account. Your Membership Name, Membership Account and Membership Password are personal to you and may not be shared with, or transferred to, any other person or entity.

You acknowledge and agree that you will be solely responsible for each and every use of your Membership Account, Membership Name and Corresponding Password, and that OmniPro may rely on the use of your Membership Account, Membership Name or Membership Password as conclusive evidence that you have used the Website.

Effect of Termination

Upon any termination of this Agreement:
(a) your Membership Account shall be cancelled and closed and your Membership Name and Membership Password shall be deactivated;
(b) all Works uploaded by you shall be removed from the Website; provided, however, that OmniPro may continue to use the Work for internal archival and reference purposes;
(c) any and all Standard Credits shall be redeemable by you for cash, minus any transactional expense in accordance with OmniPro's Standard pricing and payment policies and
(d) you shall forfeit all right, title and interest in and to any and all Offered Credits.
Termination of this Agreement shall not relieve you from any payment obligations that may have arisen prior to such termination, or any other obligations pursuant to any other agreement that has not been specifically terminated, such as a Content Upload Agreement or Content Download Agreement.

Suspension

OmniPro reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend your Membership Account at any time and for any length of time. In the event, and for so long as, OmniPro suspends your Membership Account, you shall have no ability to upload any Works on the Website, but you may continue to access your Membership Account using your Membership Name and Membership Password and download Works and view and comment on the OmniPro Blog and the Members Blogs of other Members, and post material or other content on your personal Members Blog. For clarification purposes, OmniPro shall not remove any Works you have uploaded prior to suspension of your Membership Account and such Works shall continue to be available for download.
